Cannoisseur is a licensed medical cannabis provider operating under the Maine Medical Use of Marijuana Act. All cannabis products offered through this website are sold exclusively for medical use.

To place an order for curbside pickup or delivery, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be a registered medical marijuana patient
• Hold a valid medical marijuana card issued by:
  • The State of Maine, or
  • Another U.S. state with a recognized medical marijuana program

For your first order, we are required to verify patient eligibility. Before your order can be fulfilled, you must submit:

• A digital copy or photo of your valid medical marijuana card
• A government-issued photo ID
• The name on your ID must match the name on your medical marijuana card

Once this information is reviewed and approved, your account will be activated.

• You may place orders directly through your account
• Orders may be fulfilled via curbside pickup or delivery, in accordance with Maine state regulations
• Documents do not need to be resubmitted unless your medical card expires or changes
